Assignment

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Non-contractual obligations (if any) arising out of or in connection with these terms (including its formation) shall also be governed by the laws of Connecticut. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the State of Connecticut and waive any jurisdictional and venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In addition, you agree to waive any right to trial by jury to the maximum extent permitted by law.
